We cannot deny the fact that a lot of indigenous people were not able to go to school because they cannot support education. the government have started reforming and clustering the programs of the DepEd, CHED, and Tesda. These are the ff. objective.
Objectives:
1. To provide equal education for everybody.
2. To make each individual reproductive.
3. To give a future career.
4. Guaranteed Education.
5. A chance for each individual to develop what they have.
The Provision of Electricity and Water Supply to Barangay Nationwide
Objective:
1. Reduce Energy and fuel bills by 10%
2. Reduce power system losses.
3. Promote natural gas and biofuel; geothermal fields, etc.
4. Increase energy self sufficiency.
5. Promote solar cell lightning in many communities.
Balancing of the Budget
Objectives:
1. To stop hunger in our nation.
2. High Productivity.
3. To prevent scarcity.
4. To lift the economy of our nation.
5. To give equal budget in any form of projects.
6. To avoid corruption.

Subject: Choose at least one post/article of your classmates and make a review.
I chose to review the article of Ms. Ariane Joy Ang which entitled "A MULTIFACETED APPROACH TO SPAM REDUCTION". Spamming is the abuse of electronic messaging systems to indiscriminately send unsolicited bulk messages. There are different forms of spamming;E-mail spam, Instant Messaging Spam, Newsgroup spam and forum spam, Mobile phone spam, Online game messaging spam, Spam targeting search engines (spamdexing), Blog, wiki, and guestbook spam, etc.. The most widely recognized form of spamming is e-mail spam In e-mail spamming, we received unwanted massages form unwanted or unknown senders. Persons who create electronic spam are called spammers. There are also identified as "bad senders". Spamming happens to become a problem to everybody. Before spam messages is not an issue but when the internet is introduce in to many people, allowing them to send and access information, rapid growth of spam messages arises, and by that they can be no longer manageable and has been out of controlled. Based on my experience, i do received spam emails, and it is very irritating because of so many unwanted messages. Your Inbox or Bulk will be full of nonsense mails. With those problems stated above, this article which is about multifaceted approach to spam reduction,
talks more on spam fighting. They're developing techniques to solve the problem fully
but different techniques excel in different ways. We really in a constant battle between
those who want to send spam and those who want to stop it. As stated to be more effective we must fight in many ways ("Multifaceted") that we should win the battle however from the word reduction it is impossible to eliminate. What we can do is just merely to reduce this problems. This is very interesting topic for me, since i can relate with this.

Key Factors for publishing research in top-tier journals like CSP, ACM, i3E, etc.
To be one of the top-tier journals, there are key factors behind that success. These key factor, are reasons which put your papers on top. Here are the overall strategies that i have researched. Examine the state of computer science research
What I have observed on the state of computer science research based on the article that I had found was that considering that the type of research is computer science it is expected that research will be dealing more about the technology and other innovations or let us say more about related topics on computers. In the article taken form generation5 which is entitled " The role of simulation in robotics", the writer of the article state the beginning of robots and other existing application on many years ago and its capacity. Some pictures are also provided so that we easily differentiate the before and the after. Some facts are also presented as addition to prove that it is really true. An introduction of Information all about Robots should be also there. Since this article doesn't focuses only in robots but also in simulation, there is also some discussion about it. As I understand that simulation is like role-playing or imitating, the writer compares it to a reality so that we can more understand the difference of the two or its significance. A backward draw of simulation and the advantages of it, of course reference should be there. What I stated here is based on the article i have found. There are more different ways on how the state of computer science research based on the article constructed.

As a CS/IT student of USEP, what research topics should usually be address?
s a CS student, it would be better if the research topic you are going to conduct is interrelated to your study/ course fleld. If that would be, you will not have a hard time doing your research, beacuse you have already the idea, is not that research would be guaranteed easy, but what i am trying to say is minimal difficulties will be encountered. Other reason would be, if you research topic will be address in relation to you course, words/ terms that were being used are easily understand. Aside from that, it would be nice if you are going to apply what you have learn in your fields, practice your expertise and widen your knowledge, since Techonology is very broad. The reason why we conduct research it is beacuse to gather more information. What you gonna do is find more relevant resources or information that will help you in your research topic.

What do you think is the role of research topic in deciding your future career?
"Kung may knowledge, may power" sunny a famous saying by Ernie Baron. But how can we have that power and the knowledge? We RESEARCH. study The reason why do research in order to acquire knowledge. Even in our daily experience we can have that knowledge how much more if we do research. Each one of us has different interest, and that interest may become our topic. By that we can say that research will make us a mini-expert in our own area.This will serve as a guide in deciding our future career by widen and deepen what we know, it is not merely acquiring knowledge in our own field of interest but also gaining ideas from other applications which may also give more opportunities in our future. In deciding our future career, our topic research will also help us open our mind into something that we can never understand, and provide answers to unanswered questions.

How do you know if a piece of research work is good or not? how are they evaluated?
If I were asked to evaluate a piece of research work, to determine whether it is good or not. Firstly, It must take into consideration the research topic. A good research must have a good topic. When we say a good topic, the topic should be interesting, otherwise nobody will read your paper. Secondly, the body or the content of your research. Content of your research topic, a good research paper have defined all important terms, have clearly answered all your research questions, must contain relevant data or information. Information should not be very old, because if that will be the case, the level of relevance of your results is low. Those information that you have gathered will serve as your background research, and this enable you to make a prediction what will occur in your experiment. In addition, As always said by our teacher, to come up with a good research, researcher should have at least 75 readings.
